What kind of events can I expect to be available?

We provide a wide range of top quality events that are carefully curated and are normally ticketed to the general public. Music is in our DNA so we’ll always curate the best live music we can find and constantly feature everything from international acts to emerging Triple J talent. We also offer other experiences though such as cinema, comedy events and more. Access to sold out events, festivals and high profile arena events are also made available throughout the year so make sure you check back regularly so you don't miss out. We’re confident you’ll find something you’ll love on GiggedIn.

I have a Pass / ticket to an event; can I give it to a friend?

Unfortunately not. When you RSVP to an event, the Pass is locked to the account holder’s name. It’s worth noting that we don’t sell tickets. Rather we’re a membership that provides members the privilege of attending amazing events through an RSVP and Pass system.

Is there a minimum term / am I being locked in?

No, you can cancel at anytime. There is no contract or any sort of commitment when you join.

Are there any hidden fees? Will I have to pay any booking fees?

No. You will only ever be charged your monthly membership fee and that's it.

What does the "delivery date" mean?

This is the date the gift voucher will be automatically sent to the gift recipient.

Can I email the gift to myself so I can print it?

Yes, no problem. Just put your email address in the 'Recipient's email address' so it will be emailed to you. From there you can print off the PDF, forward them the email, or give it to them however you like.

When can the gift recipient commence their membership?

Anytime before the gift voucher expires. The voucher expires 12 months after the date of purchase.

How do recipients claim the gift?

Once the recipient creates an account, there is a section in their account to redeem the gift which will add credit to their account. Clear instructions will come with any gift purchase.

Can someone using Gift Credit pause the use of the service?

Yes, members can hold their account for as long as they want. When on the hold plan, any gift credit will be saved and will not be forfeited.

Can a gift be used for accounts that already exist?

Yes. Gifts can be redeemed by any existing members in the accounts section.

Do I have to fill out the recipient's name?

No, you can leave it blank if you want to. On the gift voucher it will just say "Hello" instead of "Hello (name)".

How does the referral system work?

Every time you refer a friend, you will get $10 credit added to your account and your friend will get their first month at 50% off. This is activated when the new member pays for the first time and we will notify you via email.

Do my unused Passes roll over at the end of my month?

Yes! If you are unable to use up all your Passes in a month, they will roll over to the next month. Note different plans allow you to hold a maximum number of Passes. $14.95 - Max 3 Passes

Can I buy extra Passes?

You can’t buy extra Passes but you can easily upgrade your plan and get extra Passes. When you upgrade, you will start a new billing cycle and have those Passes added immediately. Alternatively you can wait until the end of your billing cycle.

Can I upgrade?

Yes you can upgrade at any time you like. When upgrading your plan, a new billing period will start immediately and Passes will be added to your balance immediately for you to use.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can schedule to downgrade your plan at anytime. To ‘Schedule to downgrade’ means at your next billing period your plan will automatically get charged at the lower plan amount.

Can I see what events are available without joining?

All you need to do is sign up to GiggedIn to enter a 14 day free browsing period. This will give you a chance to work out what plan is right for you and see all of the awesome events we have to offer. If you don’t find something you are interested in, you can cancel your account anytime within the 14 days and you won’t be charged a cent.

Where is GiggedIn available?

At the moment, GiggedIn is only available in Sydney & Melbourne. Other capital cities around Australia are coming soon.

What happens if I change my mind about a gig that I RSVP'd for?

If you change your mind about which event you want to attend or can't make it anymore, you can cancel your RSVP at anytime before the guest list is sent to the venue (usually around 5pm on the day of).

How can I bring a friend to an event?

You can bring a friend to an event by using an extra Pass to any event you RSVP to. If you don’t have any Passes left for the month, you can upgrade your plan any time to add more.

What happens when I RSVP? How do I get into the event?

A couple of hours before the event, you will receive an email confirming you are on the GiggedIn guestlist. All you need to do is turn up with valid ID. If the event isn’t using our guestlist system, tickets will be sent to your email instead.

Do Passes ever run out for events?

Sometimes allocations can be limited, especially for some of our high profile, sold out events. If allocations do exhaust, we have a waitlist system and will SMS you when a spot opens up. Most members usually end up with a Pass in the end but it’s best to log in regularly and check out all latest events that drop throughout the week at 12pm so you never miss out.

How many events can I access a Pass and RSVP to simultaneously?

There is no limit unless you have run out of Passes for the month in which case you can upgrade anytime.

What happens if I don't turn up to an event that I RSVP'd for?

If you've RSVP'd, please turn up. If you fail to cancel your RSVP before the RSVP deadline, there is no way to get your Pass back and the ticket will be wasted. Also it means that another member may have missed out which sucks for our community. Don’t be that person.. No one wants that!

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged at the end of your period or when you RSVP for the first time. The next charge will occur on a cycle 30 days thereafter but you can cancel anytime.

What is a Premium Event?

Premium events incur a one-off access fee to RSVP. They are often larger events which would be impossible to offer to members without the fee. Please note we can't offer any refunds or transfer Passes to any of these events.

How do I cancel?

You may cancel your membership at anytime in your account settings. Membership fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your membership, the upcoming event passes you have will also be cancelled.
