What kind of events can I expect to be available?
We provide a wide range of top quality events that are carefully curated and are normally ticketed to the general public. Music is in our DNA so we’ll continue to curate the best live music we can find featuring international acts to emerging Triple J talent. We also offer experiences such as cinema, comedy shows and more. We’re confident you'll find something you'll love. Access to sold out events, festivals and high profile arena shows area also made available throughout the year so make sure you check back regularly so you don't miss out.
What happens when I RSVP and how will I get access to the event
When you RSVP, you will be either be sent an e-ticket or be added to the 'GiggedIn guest-list' where you will be marked off upon entry against your ID. Clear instructions will be provided every time you RSVP.
I have a pass / ticket to an event; can I give it to a friend?
When you RSVP to an event, the pass is locked to the account holder’s name. We don’t sell tickets but provide our members the privilege of attending amazing events for one small monthly fee.
So essentially, no you cannot give or sell your pass to an event.
Can I see what events are available without becoming a member?
Yes. You can browse all of our event listings completely for free. You will only need to supply a payment method and begin your membership when you RSVP to your first event.
Is there a minimum term / am I being locked in?
No, you can cancel at anytime. There is no contract or any sort of commitment when you join.
Are there any hidden fees? Will I have to pay any booking fees?
No. You will only ever be charged your monthly membership fee and that's it.
Can I put my account on hold?
Yes, you can put your account on hold for $5 a month. This will allow you to keep your referral credit as well as get access to one event a month from a selected range of events.
If you have a current membership, your account will be placed on hold at the end of your current billing period. If you are browsing, then it will place your account on hold straight away.
You will get notified via email when an event becomes available to you to use your one pass.
Can I refer friends and get credit?
Yes. You can refer a friend and give them $15 off the first month of their membership and yourself $15 credit on your account. You can use this credit toward future months or upgrading your account to a +1 membership.
Just click 'Claim $15' in the members area and send your mates the link. You must be a full paying member to be able to refer friends.
How many events can I RSVP to at once?
You can attend as many events as you like each month however you can only hold one RSVP to one event at a time, or two events at a time if you have a +1 account.
If an event is labelled as an 'uncapped event' - these do not affect your ability to RSVP to other events. If an event is labelled as 'Exclusive event' - these similarly do not affect your ability to RSVP to other events however, you can only RSVP to one 'exclusive' event at a time.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will only be charged at the time of your first RSVP, and on a cycle of 30 days thereafter.
Can I upgrade membership to the 'Infinite +1 membership if I'm already a member?
Yes. You can upgrade to a +1 account any time. This gives you the ability to bring a friend to any event or hold two passes to two separate events at any one time. Depending on the amount of days left on your current month, you will be charged the difference on a pro rata basis.
What's the latest I can RSVP to an event?
The RSVP deadline changes depending on our partner venue's requirements. RSVP deadlines can be seen under each event in our members area.
What's the earliest I can RSVP to an event?
New events become available to RSVP regularly each week. They often open up on the Sunday prior to the event however we also have exclusive events that open up weeks before the event. We give our members the option to receive emails whenever new events drop in their city.
Do RSVP's to events ever run out?
Sometimes yes. Allocations can be limited due to event capacities, however we closely monitor allocations needed to satisfy all of our members. If there is an event has run out of passes, it then gives you the ability to join the wait-list. We highly encourage you to join the wait-list for an event that you are interested in attending as additional passes often become available through increased allocations or from other members cancelling their pass.
What happens when I miss out on a pass for an event I want to go to?
In the off chance passes run out for an event, you can join the 'waitlist'.
Members on the waitlist will be sent a text and email when a spot opens up for an RSVP to be claimed. This happens often and when it does, you will have 30 minutes to do so.
What happens if I don't turn up to an event that I RSVP'd for?
Please try and cancel your pass if you know can no longer attend an event. When you don't show up, you are potentially stopping another member's ability to attend the event. We work with events to monitor guest-lists and ticket scans. If you repeatedly don't turn up after being warned, fees may be associated or your account may be suspended.
Do you guys have gift vouchers?

What does the "delivery date" mean?
This is the date the gift voucher will be automatically sent to the gift recipient.
Can I email the gift to myself so I can print it?
Yes, no problem. Just put your email address in the 'Recipients email address' so it will be emailed to you. From there you can print off the PDF, forward them the email, or give it to them however you like.
When can the gift recipient commence their membership?
Anytime before the gift voucher expires. The voucher expires 12 months after the date of purchase.
How do recipients claim the gift?
Once the recipient creates an account, there is a section in their account to redeem the gift which will add credit to their account. Clear instructions will come with any gift purchase.
Can someone using Gift Credit pause the use of the service?
Yes, members can hold their account for as long as they want. When on the hold plan, any gift credit will be saved and will not be forfeited.
Can a gift be used for accounts that already exist?
Yes. Gifts can be redeemed by any existing members in the accounts section.
Do I have to fill out the recipients name?
No, you can leave it blank if you want to. On the gift voucher it will just say "Hello" instead of "Hello (name)".
How can I list an event on GiggedIn?
Our team handpicks all of the events we list. If you believe you have an event that will be of interest to our members, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can have a chat about it ☺
Do you have an App?
We will have a mobile app available soon. In the meantime, our website is mobile optimised and you can easily sign in with one tap via Facebook.

How do I cancel my account?
Just log in to your member dashboard, you can cancel within your account at any time.
You can also put your account on hold for $5 a month so you won’t loose any of your referral credits, still access the event listings and can attend one event a month from selected events.
