What is a ‘Regular’ Event?


Any events with the RED RSVP are part of the regular GiggedIn service. By claiming a pass to any of these shows it will reduce your 'Pass' balance by one.

What is a ‘Premium’ Event?


Some shows are a little bit too expensive for us to list as a part of the regular service. Instead of not offering them at all, we take on as much of the ticket price as we can and then pass the last little bit onto you as a one off fee. These premium events are usually large, highly anticipated shows or festivals.

What is an ‘Uncapped’ Event?


As part of your membership, enjoy unlimited access to a rolling list of uncapped (free) events. These events vary in size and ticket price, maybe it was a last-minute allocation, maybe it’s a club we work with regularly; whatever the gig, if it’s Uncapped (blue) - you can RSVP without it affecting your Pass balance.

What is a ‘Free’ Event?


Free events have been introduced to help give GiggedIn members a holistic understanding of what’s going on with Sydney and Melbourne nightlife! These events are free and do not require an RSVP.

Does 1 pass mean 1 show per month?

Yep, each pass you have in your account will give you access to any show on GiggedIn. You will also get access to unlimited ‘Uncapped’ events without it affecting your Pass balance.

Does 1 Pass allow me to bring a +1 as well?

No, 1 pass = 1 event. If you want to bring a +1 with you you will need to have 2 passes in your account.

Can I request events?

You can request any event to be listed at any time by clicking ‘Suggest’ on the home page and we will try our best to get access for you.

I accidentally RSVP’d to a Movie but I don’t want to go to one anymore. Can I get that pass back?

Unfortunately no, once you receive a movie pass it is yours and can not be refunded or exchanged. Movie passes are generally valid for about a month after claiming so you don’t need to use it straight away you can plan out your next movie date!

I purchased a Premium ticket and I'm not sure where my ticket is?

Like all GiggedIn shows, Tickets are not sent out at the time of RSVP/Purchase. You will either be sent a ticket 3 hours before the show or you will be sent a text msg letting you know you will be on a GiggedIn Guestlist. If you have any more questions about ‘Premium Events’ please hit us up at

Can I give my pass to a friend – How do I change the name?

No you can’t. If you RSVP for a show then find out you can no longer attend, You can unrsvp at any point before the show closes.

How does the referral system work?

Every time you refer a friend, you will get $10 credit added to your account and your friend will get their first month at 50% off. This is activated when the new member pays for the first time and we will notify you via email.

How do I generate a referral code for my friend?

To generate a referral code and start racking up your account credit, you need to:

  1. Go to the home page
  2. Look at the top right corner of the page for a ‘Claim $10’ button
  3. Click on the button and you will find a unique URL
  4. Send that URL to all your mates and get them to sign up to Giggedin using that URL.

Once you mates have become an active member of GiggedIn, you will get $10 credit added to your account.

My referral link hasn’t worked for me & my friend haven’t received the discount from referral?

If the credit hasn’t shown up on your account it could be because of the following reasons:

  1. Your friend has not finished the signup process with GiggedIn.
  2. Your friend signed up without using your unique URL.

What kind of events can I expect to be available?

We provide a wide range of top quality events that are carefully curated and are normally ticketed to the general public. Music is in our DNA so we’ll always curate the best live music we can find and constantly feature everything from international acts to emerging Triple J talent. We also offer other experiences though such as cinema, comedy events and more. Access to sold out events, festivals and high profile arena events are also made available throughout the year so make sure you check back regularly so you don't miss out. We’re confident you’ll find something you’ll love on GiggedIn.

Can I buy extra Passes?

You sure can! If you ever run out of Passes and don’t want to upgrade your account, you can purchase single Passes for $14.95. Alternatively you can wait until the end of your billing cycle for new Passes to be deposited in your account.

Can I upgrade?

Yes you can upgrade at any time you like. When upgrading your plan, a new billing period will start immediately and Passes will be added to your balance immediately for you to use

Do my unused Passes roll over at the end of my month?

Yes! If you are unable to use up all your Passes in a month, they will roll over to the next month. Note different plans allow you to hold a maximum number of Passes.

I have a Pass / ticket to an event; can I give it to a friend?

Unfortunately not. When you RSVP to an event, the Pass is locked to the account holder’s name. It’s worth noting that we don’t sell tickets. Rather we’re a membership that provides members the privilege of attending amazing events through an RSVP and Pass system.

I’m not receiving any emails and i’m worried I wont get my ticket?

If you don’t receive any emails, Try you junk folder, your spam folder - or if you’re in Gmail check the Promotions Tab. If you still can't find our emails in your inbox - head back to and check that you signed up with the correct email. As always we’re happy to help. So just reach out with any problems and we'll make sure we fix it up for you.

Is there a minimum term / am I being locked in?

No, you can cancel at anytime. There is no contract or any sort of commitment when you join.

Are there any hidden fees? Will I have to pay any booking fees?

No. You will only ever be charged your monthly membership fee and that's it.

What does the "delivery date" mean?

This is the date the gift voucher will be automatically sent to the gift recipient.

Can I email the gift to myself so I can print it?

Yes, no problem. Just put your email address in the 'Recipient's email address' so it will be emailed to you. From there you can print off the PDF, forward them the email, or give it to them however you like.

When can the gift recipient commence their membership?

Anytime before the gift voucher expires. The voucher expires 12 months after the date of purchase.

How do recipients claim the gift?

Once the recipient creates an account, there is a section in their account to redeem the gift which will add credit to their account. Clear instructions will come with any gift purchase.

Can someone using Gift Credit pause the use of the service?

Yes, members can hold their account for as long as they want. When on the hold plan, any gift credit will be saved and will not be forfeited.

Can a gift be used for accounts that already exist?

Yes. Gifts can be redeemed by any existing members in the accounts section.

Do I have to fill out the recipient's name?

No, you can leave it blank if you want to. On the gift voucher it will just say "Hello" instead of "Hello (name)".

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can schedule to downgrade your plan at anytime. To ‘Schedule to downgrade’ means at your next billing period your plan will automatically get charged at the lower plan amount.

How do I change my credit card details?

If you need to change your card details, all you need to do is:

  1. Head to ACCOUNT
  2. Click on PLAN
  3. Click - Use a different card
  4. Update your details

Can I see what events are available without joining?

All you need to do is sign up to GiggedIn to enter a 14 day free browsing period. This will give you a chance to work out what plan is right for you and see all of the awesome events we have to offer. If you don’t find something you are interested in, you can cancel your account anytime within the 14 days and you won’t be charged a cent.

Where is GiggedIn available?

At the moment, GiggedIn is only available in Sydney & Melbourne, however sometimes we will get gigs and festivals in surrounding cities. Other capital cities around Australia are coming soon.

What happens if I change my mind about a gig that I RSVP'd for?

If you change your mind about which event you want to attend or can't make it anymore, you can cancel your RSVP at anytime before the guest list is sent to the venue (usually around 5pm on the day of).

How can I bring a friend to an event?

You can bring a friend to an event by using an extra Pass to any event you RSVP to. If you don’t have any Passes left for the month, you can purchase 1 off passes when RSVPing to events.

What happens when I RSVP? How do I get into the event?

A couple of hours before the event, you will receive an email confirming you are on the GiggedIn guestlist. All you need to do is turn up with valid ID. If the event isn’t using our guestlist system, tickets will be sent to your email instead.

Do Passes ever run out for events?

Sometimes allocations can be limited, especially for some of our high profile, sold out events. If allocations do exhaust, we have a waitlist system and will SMS you when a spot opens up. Most members usually end up with a Pass in the end but it’s best to log in regularly and check out all latest events that drop throughout the week at 12pm so you never miss out.

How many events can I access a Pass and RSVP to simultaneously?

There is no limit unless you have run out of Passes for the month in which case you can upgrade anytime.

What happens if I don't turn up to an event that I RSVP'd for?

If you've RSVP'd, please turn up. If you fail to cancel your RSVP before the RSVP deadline, there is no way to get your Pass back and the ticket will be wasted. Also it means that another member may have missed out which sucks for our community. Don’t be that person.. No one wants that!

I haven’t used a Pass yet but I was just charged again?

GiggedIn is a monthly subscription.
Every time you get charged you will get Passes added to your account to use on more events. If you haven't used your passes from previous months, don't stress, your passes roll over into the next month.

Can I access my old GiggedIn Pass or Plus Pass plan?

Our old plans are no longer available for members returning to the service. You can now choose from the below plans instead.

  • 1 Pass Plan - $14.95
  • 3 Pass Plan - $39.95
  • 6 Pass Plan - $69.95

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged at the end of your period or when you RSVP for the first time. The next charge will occur on a cycle 30 days thereafter but you can cancel anytime.

Does it matter if I’m not 18?

No - you can still sign up to GiggedIn if you are under 18. Most of the shows we list are at venues that require you to be 18 years old so you will need to be careful that events you RSVP to allow U18’s.

I want to cancel my account but the show I have a pass too is outside my billing period, Can I still go?

You need to have an active GiggedIn account to attend shows listed on GiggedIn. If you want to cancel your account but still have active passes, you will need to go to a show inside your billing period.

How do I cancel?

You may cancel your membership at anytime in your account settings. Membership fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your membership, the upcoming event passes you have will also be cancelled.

To cancel:

  1. Click on ‘Account’ up in the top right corner of the home page
  2. Select ‘Plan’
  3. Select ‘Hold or Cancel Account’
  4. Follow the prompts till you have cancelled your account
  5. Make sure you leave us some feedback so we know why you left and how we can improve.
